Face Search AI bağımsız bir hizmet olarak işletilmektedir. Face Search AI için tüm ödemeler ve faturalama, kayıtlı satıcı olarak Face Search AI Inc. tarafından yapılmaktadır. Kart ekstreleri "Face Search AI" ibaresini gösterecektir. İadeler, ters ibrazlar ve faturalama desteği, Face Search AI adına Face Search AI Inc. tarafından yönetilir.
Face Search AI ve Face Search AI, ayrı kullanıcı hesaplarına sahip ayrı hizmetlerdir. Birindeki bir hesap diğerine erişim vermez; veriler, krediler ve abonelikler bunların arasında aktarılmaz.
1. Şartların kabulü
Face Search AI sitesine erişerek veya kullanarak, bu Hizmet Şartları ile bağlı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Kabul etmiyorsanız, lütfen hizmeti kullanmayın.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Face Search AI. By using the service you confirm that you are. If we become aware that an account is held by someone under 18, we will close it.
3. İzin verilen kullanım
Face Search AI yalnızca hukuka uygun amaçlarla kullanılabilir. Hizmeti nasıl kullandığınızdan ve sonuçlarla ne yaptığınızdan siz sorumlusunuz.
Face Search AI şu amaçlarla kullanılamaz:
- Herhangi bir kişiyi takip etmek, taciz etmek, tehdit etmek, korkutmak veya karalamak ya da başkasının bunu yapmasına yardımcı olmak.
- Reşit olmayan bir kişinin kimliğini tespit etmek veya tespit etmeye çalışmak.
- İstihdam, konut, kredi, sigorta, eğitim ya da bir yardım veya hizmete hak kazanma konusundaki herhangi bir kararda etken olarak kullanmak.
- Bizimle ayrı bir yazılı anlaşma olmaksızın kolluk, göçmenlik veya istihbarat amaçlarıyla ya da bir kamu kurumu adına kullanmak.
- Size uygulanan herhangi bir yasayı veya düzenlemeyi ihlal edecek ya da başkalarının haklarını çiğneyecek şekilde kullanmak.
4. Service availability
Face search is not available in every country or region. Where it is unavailable we will not sell you access to it. Availability may change at any time, including after you have subscribed.
If face search becomes unavailable in your location while you hold a subscription, you can cancel using the method that matches where you subscribed and you will not be billed again. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and interruptions may occur for technical or other reasons.
5. Hesap ve krediler
Hesabınızın güvenliğini korumakla siz sorumlusunuz. Satın alınan krediler, yasa gerektirmediği sürece iade edilmez. Abonelik kredileri fatura dönemi başına verilir ve aksi belirtilmedikçe devredilmez.
6. Payments, refunds and cancellation
We do not offer refunds on plans purchased directly from us. Results depend on the online presence of the person being searched for: where little or nothing about them is published, a search may return few matches or none. Results are not guaranteed, and a search that returns no matches is still a completed search. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are covered by those stores' own refund policies, and refund requests for them are decided by Apple or Google rather than by us.
How you cancel depends on where you subscribed. App Store subscriptions are cancelled in your device settings under your Apple ID, and Google Play subscriptions in the Play Store app under Payments and subscriptions — we cannot cancel a store-billed subscription on your behalf. Telegram subscriptions are cancelled with the /cancelsub command. Subscriptions bought on the website are cancelled from your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already paid, and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments made on the website are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms for payment processing, and problems with a payment itself should be raised with Stripe. Payments made in the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google.
7. Tavsiye ve bağlı ortak programı
Tavsiye komisyonları, tavsiye edilen kullanıcı satın alımlarının %5'inde kazanılır ve 30 günlük bekleme süresine tabidir. Onaylı etkileyiciler, yalnızca program kilometre taşlarını ve uygunluk kriterlerini karşıladıktan sonra verilen ayrı bir bağlı ortak anlaşması kapsamında daha yüksek kademeli oranlar (%50'ye kadar) kazanabilir. API planı satın alımları tüm tavsiye ve bağlı ortak komisyonlarından hariç tutulur. Makul bildirimle komisyon oranlarını değiştirme hakkını saklı tutarız.
8. Fikri mülkiyet
Bu platformdaki tüm içerik, yazılım ve teknoloji Face Search AI mülkiyetindedir. Yazılı izin olmaksızın hizmetin herhangi bir bölümünü kopyalayamaz, değiştiremez veya dağıtamazsınız.
9. Sorumluluk reddi
Face Search AI, herkese açık verilere ve AI teknolojisine dayalı sonuçlar sağlar. Sonuçların doğruluğunu garanti etmiyoruz. Sonuçlar, kişileri tanımlamak veya onlar hakkında kararlar vermek için tek dayanak olarak kullanılmamalıdır.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for inaccuracies in search results, or for decisions you take on the basis of them.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of Face Search AI in breach of these Terms, including any use listed under “Permitted use”.
12. Fesih
Bu şartları ihlal eden hesapları askıya alma veya feshetme hakkını saklı tutarız. Ayarlar sayfanızdan hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
