運営者および請求主体
Face Search AI は独立したサービスとして運営されています。Face Search AI のすべての支払いおよび請求は、Face Search AI Inc. が公式販売者として取り扱います。カード明細には「Face Search AI」と表示されます。返金、チャージバック、および請求サポートは、Face Search AI を代表して Face Search AI Inc. によって管理されます。
Face Search AI と Face Search AI は、別々のユーザーアカウントを持つ別々のサービスです。一方のアカウントは他方へのアクセスを付与しません。データ、クレジット、サブスクリプションは両者間で移行されません。
1. 規約の同意
Face Search AI にアクセスまたは使用することにより、あなたはこの利用規約に拘束されることに同意します。同意しない場合は、サービスを使用しないでください。
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Face Search AI. By using the service you confirm that you are. If we become aware that an account is held by someone under 18, we will close it.
3. 許可された使用
Face Search AI は合法的な目的にのみ使用できます。本サービスの使用方法、および検索結果の取り扱いについては、お客様が責任を負います。
以下の目的で Face Search AI を使用することはできません。
- 他者につきまとい、嫌がらせ、脅迫、威圧もしくは名誉毀損を行う目的、または他者がそれを行うことを助ける目的。
- 未成年者の身元を特定する、または特定しようとする目的。
- 雇用、住宅、信用、保険、教育、または給付やサービスの受給資格に関する判断の要素として用いる目的。
- 当社との別途の書面による合意なく、法執行、出入国管理もしくは情報活動の目的、または政府機関に代わって使用する目的。
- お客様に適用される法令に違反する方法、または他者の権利を侵害する方法。
4. Service availability
Face search is not available in every country or region. Where it is unavailable we will not sell you access to it. Availability may change at any time, including after you have subscribed.
If face search becomes unavailable in your location while you hold a subscription, you can cancel using the method that matches where you subscribed and you will not be billed again. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and interruptions may occur for technical or other reasons.
5. アカウントとクレジット
あなたは自分のアカウントのセキュリティを維持する責任があります。購入されたクレジットは、法律で要求される場合を除き返金不可です。サブスクリプションクレジットは請求期間ごとに付与され、別段の定めがない限り繰り越されません。
6. Payments, refunds and cancellation
We do not offer refunds on plans purchased directly from us. Results depend on the online presence of the person being searched for: where little or nothing about them is published, a search may return few matches or none. Results are not guaranteed, and a search that returns no matches is still a completed search. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are covered by those stores' own refund policies, and refund requests for them are decided by Apple or Google rather than by us.
How you cancel depends on where you subscribed. App Store subscriptions are cancelled in your device settings under your Apple ID, and Google Play subscriptions in the Play Store app under Payments and subscriptions — we cannot cancel a store-billed subscription on your behalf. Telegram subscriptions are cancelled with the /cancelsub command. Subscriptions bought on the website are cancelled from your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already paid, and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments made on the website are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms for payment processing, and problems with a payment itself should be raised with Stripe. Payments made in the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google.
7. リファラルおよびアフィリエイトプログラム
リファラルコミッションは、紹介ユーザーの購入額の 5% で獲得され、30 日間のホールドが適用されます。承認されたインフルエンサーは、プログラムのマイルストーンおよび資格基準を満たした後にのみ付与される、別途のアフィリエイト契約の下で、より高い階層レート (最大 50%) を獲得できます。API プランの購入は、すべてのリファラルおよびアフィリエイトコミッションから除外されます。当社は、合理的な通知をもってコミッション率を変更する権利を留保します。
8. 知的財産
このプラットフォーム上のすべてのコンテンツ、ソフトウェア、および技術は Face Search AI の財産です。書面による許可なしに、サービスのいかなる部分もコピー、変更、または配布することはできません。
9. 免責事項
Face Search AI は、公開されているデータおよび AI 技術に基づいて結果を提供します。当社は結果の正確性を保証しません。結果は、個人を特定したり、個人に関する決定を下したりする唯一の根拠として使用されるべきではありません。
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for inaccuracies in search results, or for decisions you take on the basis of them.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of Face Search AI in breach of these Terms, including any use listed under “Permitted use”.
12. 終了
当社は、これらの規約に違反するアカウントを停止または終了する権利を留保します。設定ページからいつでもアカウントを削除できます。
