How to submit a request

Email us at the address below from any inbox you have access to. Attach a clear selfie (or an ID for verification) and we'll match you against the index.

What to include

  • Your full name as it appears on results, if any
  • The email address associated with your account (if you have one)
  • A short description of the data you want removed
  • Relevant search-result URLs or share links, if you have them
  • A photo of a government-issued ID for identity verification (we delete the ID after verification)

What happens next

We verify your identity, locate matching results, and process the removal within 5 to 7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done. If we need more information we'll reply to the address you wrote in from.
