Face Search AI تُشغَّل كخدمة مستقلة. جميع المدفوعات والفوترة لـ Face Search AI تُدار بواسطة Face Search AI Inc. باعتبارها التاجر المسجل. ستظهر كشوف حساب البطاقة "Face Search AI". يتم إدارة استرداد الأموال، والرسوم المرتجعة، ودعم الفوترة بواسطة Face Search AI Inc. نيابة عن Face Search AI.
Face Search AI وFace Search AI خدمتان منفصلتان بحسابات مستخدمين منفصلة. الحساب على إحداهما لا يمنح الوصول إلى الأخرى؛ البيانات والائتمانات والاشتراكات لا تُنقل بينهما.
1. قبول الشروط
بالوصول إلى Face Search AI أو استخدامها، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه. إذا كنت لا توافق، يرجى عدم استخدام الخدمة.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Face Search AI. By using the service you confirm that you are. If we become aware that an account is held by someone under 18, we will close it.
3. الاستخدام المسموح به
لا يجوز استخدام Face Search AI إلا للأغراض المشروعة. وأنت مسؤول عن كيفية استخدامك للخدمة وعمّا تفعله بالنتائج.
لا يجوز لك استخدام Face Search AI في الأغراض التالية:
- لملاحقة أي شخص أو مضايقته أو تهديده أو ترويعه أو التشهير به، أو لمساعدة غيرك على ذلك.
- لتحديد هوية قاصر أو محاولة تحديدها.
- كعنصر في أي قرار يتعلق بالتوظيف أو السكن أو الائتمان أو التأمين أو التعليم أو الأهلية للحصول على منفعة أو خدمة.
- لأغراض إنفاذ القانون أو الهجرة أو الاستخبارات، أو نيابة عن جهة حكومية، دون اتفاق مكتوب منفصل معنا.
- بأي طريقة تخالف قانوناً أو لائحة تسري عليك، أو تنتهك حقوق الآخرين.
4. Service availability
Face search is not available in every country or region. Where it is unavailable we will not sell you access to it. Availability may change at any time, including after you have subscribed.
If face search becomes unavailable in your location while you hold a subscription, you can cancel using the method that matches where you subscribed and you will not be billed again. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and interruptions may occur for technical or other reasons.
5. الحساب والائتمانات
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على أمان حسابك. الائتمانات المشتراة غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا اقتضى القانون ذلك. تُمنح ائتمانات الاشتراك لكل فترة فوترة ولا تُرحَّل ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك.
6. Payments, refunds and cancellation
We do not offer refunds on plans purchased directly from us. Results depend on the online presence of the person being searched for: where little or nothing about them is published, a search may return few matches or none. Results are not guaranteed, and a search that returns no matches is still a completed search. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are covered by those stores' own refund policies, and refund requests for them are decided by Apple or Google rather than by us.
How you cancel depends on where you subscribed. App Store subscriptions are cancelled in your device settings under your Apple ID, and Google Play subscriptions in the Play Store app under Payments and subscriptions — we cannot cancel a store-billed subscription on your behalf. Telegram subscriptions are cancelled with the /cancelsub command. Subscriptions bought on the website are cancelled from your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not refund amounts already paid, and your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments made on the website are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you also accept Stripe's terms for payment processing, and problems with a payment itself should be raised with Stripe. Payments made in the iOS or Android app are processed by Apple or Google.
7. برنامج الإحالة والتسويق بالعمولة
تُكتسب عمولات الإحالة بنسبة 5% من مشتريات المستخدمين المُحالين، مع خضوعها لفترة احتجاز مدتها 30 يومًا. قد يكسب المؤثرون المعتمدون معدلات متدرجة أعلى (تصل إلى 50%) بموجب اتفاقية تسويق بالعمولة منفصلة، تُمنح فقط بعد استيفاء معالم البرنامج ومعايير الأهلية. تُستثنى مشتريات خطة API من جميع عمولات الإحالة والتسويق بالعمولة. نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل معدلات العمولة بإشعار معقول.
8. الملكية الفكرية
جميع المحتويات والبرامج والتكنولوجيا على هذه المنصة هي ملك لـ Face Search AI. لا يجوز لك نسخ أو تعديل أو توزيع أي جزء من الخدمة دون إذن كتابي.
9. إخلاء المسؤولية
يوفر Face Search AI نتائج بناءً على البيانات المتاحة للعامة وتقنية الذكاء الاصطناعي. نحن لا نضمن دقة النتائج. لا ينبغي استخدام النتائج كأساس وحيد لتحديد هوية الأفراد أو اتخاذ قرارات بشأنهم.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, for inaccuracies in search results, or for decisions you take on the basis of them.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of Face Search AI in breach of these Terms, including any use listed under “Permitted use”.
